Granite Ridge Aquatic Services is an owner-operated pond and lake management company. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote and serve your pond, we don't sell it, and you can ask us about it anytime.
What you send us. When you use the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you share it, the pond or property address, the type of water body, the services you're interested in, your message, and any file you choose to attach (such as an inspection report or photos).
How you found us. The form also records basic lead-source details — the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags if you arrived from an ad — so we know which of our marketing actually works.
Standard technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps routine server logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and reliability. If we enable Google Analytics, it collects the usual aggregate usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type — which we use only to understand how the site is used.
We use what you send us to reply to your request, prepare your quote, and provide the services you ask for. We use lead-source and analytics data to understand our marketing. That's it — we do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to third-party marketing lists.
A few well-known services handle data on our behalf: Cloudflare hosts this website, Resend delivers quote-form submissions to our inbox,Google Workspace runs our business email, andGoogle Analytics measures site usage when enabled. Each processes your information only to provide those services to us.
Quote requests arrive as email and are kept as ordinary business records — quotes, scheduling, and job history. If you'd like us to delete a request you sent, just ask.
You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email or call using the contact details below. The quote form is optional; you can always reach us directly by email or phone instead.
This website is for pond and lake owners and managers; it is not directed at children.
