Bank & inlet/outfall erosion repair
Washed-out banks and scoured inlets and outfalls — repaired, stabilized, and restored.
Retention & Detention Pond Repairs
We quote repairs based off your SCM/BMP inspection letter — and we perform the inspections themselves, too. Bank erosion, muskrat damage, rip-rap, and overflow structures, for HOAs and property managers holding a compliance deadline.

SCM/BMP inspections
Granite Ridge performs licensed SCM/BMP inspections on all SCM/BMP devices, with a focus on retention and detention ponds, as well as sand filters. If the inspection turns up problems, the same crew quotes and performs the repairs — and if you already hold a county or third-party report, we work from that.
What we repair
Job photos will live here as the library grows — every repair gets before-and-after shots.
Washed-out banks and scoured inlets and outfalls — repaired, stabilized, and restored.
Burrow damage to banks and slopes, repaired before it becomes a structural problem.
Displaced or missing rip-rap replenished and placed where the inspection says it belongs.
Cracked or deteriorating overflow and spillway structures, repaired and restored.
How it works
Email your county or municipal SCM/BMP inspection letter, or have us perform the inspection ourselves. The cited items are the scope.
Item by item, matched to what the inspection found — no padding, no mystery line items.
We repair and restore the cited items. Need the follow-up SCM/BMP inspection as well? We perform those too — ask when you send the report.
After the repair
A biweekly program keeps the pond monitored and presentable between inspections — and we're already familiar with your site.
Email your inspection letter and the pond's address — we'll quote every repair item on it.
